Kunming will invite about 50 overseas high-level talents to work on major innovation projects, industry fields in the following 5 years from this year.

The wanted overseas talents should obtain an overseas doctor's degree, or domestic doctor's degree with no less than 24 months of overseas working experience. These talents will be required to work in Kunming annually no less than six months if they accept the invitation. Application period is from now on to August 20 this year.

Kunming government provides a series of preferential policies for the employing units who will get a maximum of RMB0.5 million Yuan and research teams will also get a maximum of RMB0.3 million Yuan after being identified as one-off award.
