Workers of Green Lake Park are busy preparing a water screen movie show which is scheduled to be staged during the National Day holidays. Free admission.

"We are now installing drencher heads and reflector lamps on the lake.” said Zhao Yu, a person who is in charge of preparation work. Equipped with 323 drencher heads, the water screen is 50 meters high and 16 meters wide. Through computer control, various images will be showed on the water screen, presenting audience a visual feast. The water column could reach as high as 16 meters.

The movie show will be staged at the east entrance of Green lake Park. People standing within 100 meters around the screen can see the film clearly, according to Zhao.

It is scheduled to be staged for 15 minutes at night. And films played on it will feature Kunming’s scenic spots and cuisines.
