The 15th Cole Flower Cultural Tourism Festival will be held from January 31 to April 18 in Luoping County, Qujing City of Yunnan Province.

Various activities such as camp-fire party, cycling racing, singing performance, water-splashing carnival will be organized at different places in Luoping. A large-scale photo exhibition will be the highlight of the festival.

Luoping, 240 kilometers away from Kunming, is well-known for its beautiful scenery in spring when cole flowers are in full bloom, surrounding the area's mountains with a sea of golden flowers. Tourists will have a visual feast as the flowering period lasts until late June.
