Sceneries of Duoyi River, Luoping County

Duoyi River is situated on the southeast of the downtown of Luoping County, east of Yunnan. Nearly 40 waterfalls can be seen on 12-kilometer riverbed. The water is crystally clear all the year round. On the banks stand some towering trees. Subtropical landscapes decorate the river charming.
Getting there:
You can take a minibus to Duoyi River in downtown Luoping. The fees range from 120 yuan to 260 yuan.
Food:
The colorful steamed glutinous rice has been a patent of Buyi people in Luoping. The rice is dyed into red, yellow, blue, orange, and black after being soaking in the vegetable dyes made from some healthy herbs. As a traditional snack of Buyi people, it also symbolizes the good luck and a bumper grain harvest.
Besides, Luoping is well-known for it colza flowers. The colza oil in the county is organic.
