[InKunming--Yunnan]  2014 UNESCO's World Heritage Forum kicks off on June 4 in Shilin County, Yunnan Province.

Themes of the forum include protecting world heritage, developing tourism industry in world heritage site, and boosting local economy.

Stone Forest, listed as one of World Natural Heritages and National Key Scenic Spots, is located in Shilin County.

Discussion that focuses on the locality during the forum can greatly help protect the Stone Forest Scenic Spot.

As per arrangement of the forum, former officials of America's Great National Parks will share their management experiences with live audiences.

Besides, experts will offer suggestions for promoting tourism in Laojun Mountain, a renowned scenic spot situated in Three Parallel Rivers Heritage Site(三江并流) in Yunnan Province.

Through the forum, officials in Yunnan and other places in China may be greatly improved in their abilities.
