[InKunming--Kunming]  A 6-year-old Siberian tiger in Yunnan Wildlife Park gave birth to 5 cubs at 5:00 in the morning on November 23, which is very rare since Siberian tiger usually gives birth to 3 cubs one time.

It is said that the 5 cubs were the mother tiger’s 3rd batch of offspring. Among them, 2 cubs are in poor health and were sent to nurseries for better observation and care. The 5 cubs will open their eyes 10 days later, and are expected to meet visitors after 6 months.

In breeding center, there are also 2 new born lions. The 2 lions were born 20 days ago.

According to the park, the park has 15,167 new born animals this year, including over 60 lions and tigers. At present, the park has 236 adult tigers and more than 10 young tigers, which is in the lead around the country.
