[InKunming--Kunming]  Jointly hosted by National Tourism Administration, Civil Aviation Administration of China, and People’s Government of Yunnan, 2017 China International Travel Mart is going to be held from 17th to 19th November in Dianchi International Convention Center.

A highlight of this fair is that a pavilion themed on sports tourism will be established for the first time.

Yunnan Provincial Tourism Development Commission and Yunnan Sports Bureau are responsible for activities held in this pavilion, whereas Yunnan Climbing Sports Association, Yunnan Tourism Chamber of Commerce are co-hosts.

Sports Tourism Pavilion, covering an area of 9,600 square meters, is consisted of 4 sectors.

Sector A displays forms of sports tourism, Sector B the current situation of sports tourism, Sector C the spirit of sports, and Sector D will be used for discussion.

Experts coming from Institute of Sport, China Tourism Academy, Shanghai Normal University, Yunnan University of Finance and Economics, Yunnan Normal University will be invited to deliver speeches.

On top of that, round table discussion, entrepreneurs’ presentation, and experience sharing will also be held with the purpose of deeper communication between companies.

Citizens could also go and have a look in public visit days.

Background Information:

China International Travel Mart is the biggest professional travel mart in Asia. Founded in 1998, this travel mart is held alternately in Shanghai and Kunming.
