[InKunming--Yunnan] The 16th China-Myanmar Border Trade Fair, under the theme of ‘ Openness, Investment, Cooperation and Mutual Benefit’, kicked off in Ruili City, Yunnan Province on Demcember 26th.

Since 2001, China-Myanmar border trade exhibitions have been held annually on alternate sides of the border, aiming at promote bilateral trade between the two and neighboring countries.

Compared with the previous, the number of exhibitors achieves the largest this year, with 480 booths altogether. Among them, 39 enterprises from Myanmar take 54 booths, and 61 enterprises fom Vietnam, Thailand, South Korea, Pakistan, India, ect., have 100 booths in total.

Besides, this year’s fair also witnessed great improvements on booth arrangement, promotion positioning and exhibition content. A series of activities will also be held during the period of the fair, including varies of seminars, meetings and sodalities.
