Some Ruili businesses reopened after long-running lockdown
On November 16, some businesses in the main urban area of Ruili city reopened after a frustrating period of ever-changing pandemic restrictions. People go out of the door to buy some food.
On November 15, the Ruili municipal COVID-19 prevention and control headquarters have issued notifications that except for the areas with positive cases or close-contact persons during 14 days, people in other areas can go to different places as long as they keep a good personal protection since November 16. For example, put on a mask, wash hands frequently and practice social distance.
Yan Dongping, owner of a store in Huafeng market, is just so excited to prepare products early in the morning. “I cannot wait for the reopening. I hope that the pandemic could be ended as soon as possible and prosperous life here get back to normal.” Yan added.
