Hydrangeas, with their brilliant colors and full blossoms, when in full bloom, resemble a beautiful oil painting. In 2023, Cuihu Park planted hydrangeas on Zhulin Island for the first time. Since then, this romantic splash of color has become an unforgettable summer dream in everyone's hearts.

This year, the park's hydrangeas are blooming once again, their interwoven blue, purple, and pink hues presenting a real-life "Monet's Garden" for citizens and tourists.

There are numerous varieties of Hydrangea, each with its own charm. Building upon popular varieties like "Hydrangea macrophylla 'Endless Summer' " and "Hydrangea Komachi" from previous years, the park has added four new varieties: "Yi Duo Meng Huan" (Easy-to-Dream Fantasy), "French Early Blue," "Fairy Kiss," and "You and My Romance." The planting area is Zhulin Island in Cuihu Park (approximately 3900 square meters), with about 300 potted and ground-planted hydrangeas.

Hydrangea colors change with the pH of the soil, transforming from mystical blue-purple to delicate pink, like a summer "magic show." The park, through artful arrangement of varying heights, simulates a natural floral landscape, creating an immersive, dreamlike scene where "people walk amidst flowers, and flowers move with their shadows." As visitors stroll through the bamboo grove, a gentle breeze brushes their faces, and clusters of hydrangeas bloom profusely, as if they have stepped into a romantic fairy tale world.

To enhance visitors' interactive experience, the park has added a "Hydrangea Path" photo check-in area on Zhulin Island. Rustic fences, lush green bamboo, and layer upon layer of artfully arranged potted hydrangeas create a picturesque setting. Visitors wandering through it feel as if they are in a beautiful oil painting, admiring the scenery or snapping photos, capturing the beauty of the hydrangeas and creating unique summer memories.

Cuihu Park boasts "different flowers in different seasons." In early summer, hydrangeas quietly bloom in a corner of Zhulin Island, adding a splendid stroke to Cuihu Park's seasonal landscapes.
